iGUIDE 3D Tours With Floor Plan

Add a 3D tour to any photography or videography service! iGuide 3d Tours give potential buyers a 360° walkthrough view of the home. They also produce a beautiful and accurate floor plan giving you room dimensions and total square footage. The iGUIDE camera comes equipped with a laser which measures the space as it is gathering the panoramic images, creating accurate floor plans.

There are two options to choose from when booking a 3D Tour:

• Standard iGUIDE

• Premium iGUIDE

The standard iGUIDE produces a floor plan that does not include the fixtures and appliances. The premium iGUIDE produces a floor plan that includes the fixtures and appliances.

iGUIDE 3d Tours and Floor Plans are delivered within 24 hours/next business day.

All measurements are approximate and must be verified if important.

When your iGUIDE is ready, you will receive an iGUIDE report straight to your inbox. The report will include:

• Floor Plan Link

• You will receive further reporting from iGUIDE showing analytics such as number of viewers, duration, and referring sites.

Cubicasa Floor Plans

If you are just in need of a simple floor plan without the 3D Tour, you can add a Cubicasa Floor Plan to any photography or video service!

These floor plans are created by scanning the home with a tablet with LiDAR Scanner technology and Cubicasa Software. The scan is done within minutes and a beautiful floor plan is rendered and delivered to you within approximately 36 hours.

The floor plan will show approximate measurements of each room as well as the approximate total internal and external square footage of the home.

All measurements are approximate and must be verified if important.
